The company is committed to adhering to the social responsibility policies regarding labor and human rights. Issues the company prioritizes include child labor, pregnant women, discrimination, employing workers with disabilities, freedom of association and collective bargaining, and the election and appointment of welfare committees. The company has never had labor disputes. To continuously communicates, disseminates, and provides support to all relevant parties. Management holds annual meetings to review the adequacy and suitability of this policy and has extended scope to include suppliers and subcontractors.
The company considers improving the quality of life for all employee in line with the current economic conditions. Salary and benefits adjustments are reviewed and increased annually. Appropriate, convenient, and sufficient welfare programs are provided. Internal company activities are organized to promote health, such as internal sports competitions, color sports events, and recreational activities like departmental trips. Additionally, seasonal events are organized to promote Thailand’s good social and cultural values.


The company is implementing the THAI STANLEY FARM project – the Good Seed Labor Project following the Sufficiency Economy philosophy. The concept is to apply the principles of the Sufficiency Economy philosophy to provide welfare, specifically to improve employes’ quality of life and reduce their financial burden in the face of high living costs. The land behind the Lamp 7 factory has been allocated for growing kitchen garden vegetables. The company is providing a budget for seeds, tools, and equipment used for planting, as well as organizing training courses on agriculture, crop cultivation, or fertilizer production for interested employes and those nearing retirement. This is to enable employes to use their knowledge for post-retirement careers or to train subsequent generations of employes.
