Shareholding Structure

The company’s major shareholders are Stanley Electric Co., Ltd. of Japan, which operates in the automotive lighting and electronics business, and the Lee -Issaranukul family group (Sittipol Group), which operates in the automotive parts business. Both groups were company founders before listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Each group has sent representatives to serve on the company’s executive board. Business operations are conducted in accordance with the One Stanley (Consolidation) policy of Stanley Electric Co., Ltd.
