Received The Labour Relations and Welfare Awards
November 2023, The company received awarded from Governor of Pathum Thani Province are Labour relations and welfare national level as the 18th year of achievement Award , Pathumthani Occupation health and safety Project contest 2023 2 Awards and Company support and cooperate with Labour protection and welfare Pathum Thani Award.
As Mr. Adithep Kamonwet, Deputy Governor of Pathum Thani Province presided over the award and Mrs. Ratsameekhae Wongchadakul (Deputy executive general manager), Mrs. Sunanta Ouypron (Chairman of the Company’s Welfare Committee, Employee Division) and Ms. Marisa Chukittipong (Human resource department manager) of Thai Stanley recipient of this award.

Received the Safety Canteen Award
April 2022 The company received the Safety Canteen award from the Pathum Thani Provincial Public Health Office.
 
THAI STANLEY FARM –  โครงการแรงงานพันธุ์ดีตามวิถีเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง
In December 2021, the company initiated the Thai Stanley Farm Project inspired by the principle of sufficiency economy as part of our welfare to enhance the living quality of our employees and to help reduce living expenses as the costs of living keep rising. A land behind the Lamp 7 Factory has been allocated as a learning center of the environment and energy conservation as well as an area for vegetable gardening. Staff interested in planting and tending the garden can collaborate in cultivating and taking care of vegetable plots by spending time after work, whenever they are free or during weekends. Final products can be consumed or sold. This project not only enhances collaboration but also nurtures team spirit and harmony within the organization.

During Phrase 1 of this project, Thai Stanley supported budgets for seeds, tools and other farming equipment as well as training courses offering farming and fertilizer-making knowledge for employees signing in to join the program and those about to retire. The goal is to enable staff to use what they learn after retirement or to later train the next class of other interested employees. Regarding final products, aside from consumption and sales, healthy seeds were selected for further use and distribution to employees.

The Outstanding Workplace Award for Labor Relations & Welfares   16th consecutive year
In November 2021, the Company received the Outstanding Workplace Award for Labor Relations & Welfares from the Ministry of Labor for the 16th consecutive year.
Received Thailand Labor Management Excellence Award 2020
On Monday, September 21, 2020,  The company  received an award from the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare in  the Thailand Labor Management Excellence Award 2020 ceremony  , for  to honor  the establishment  that has an international standard labor management system in accordance with the specified criteria . By the Minister of Labor, Mr. Suchart Chomklin be the  presided over the ceremony . At the Swiss Hotel Bangkok.  The company  received  2 awards  are as follows

1. Highest Honor Award – Outstanding Establishment in Labor Relations and Labor Welfare for 15 consecutive years, with Mr.Koichi Nagao , President and Ms.Sunantha  Auayporn  as  the  recipients of the award.

2. Award of honor for the establishment that maintains the Thai labor standard system for 10 consecutive years, with Mrs. Rasameekhae Wongchadakul as the recipient of the award.

August 2018 the Company received the Outstanding Workplace Award for Labor Relations & Welfares from the Ministry of Labor for the 13th consecutive year.

On 25 August 2017 The company has won the royal trophy from Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn

and The Prime Minister , General Prayut Chan-ocha was the witness at the award ceremony.

  Receive Labor Relations and Welfare Award 2013
On September 13, 2013 Mr. Nobuhiro Takahashi, Director also with Ms.Natkritta Muansaeng Welfare Committee were

representatives participated in a ceremony of the Best Entrepreneur Award for Labour Relations and Welfare B.E.2556 at

Grand Diamond Ballroom, Impact MuangThong Thani. On this occasion, Mr.Somkiat Chayasriwong Permanent Secretary

Office of the Permanent Secretary, the Minister of Labour gave the awards to Thai Stanley and honour the best

entrepreneurs for labour relations and welfare for the 8 consecutive year awards (2006-2012).

  Better Performance with Happy Mild
On March 11,2013 HRD Section organized a training of better performance with happy mind for employees in

qualification of A3, E3, ES3. The objective is give knowledge about  good governance. On this occasion

Dr.Sanong Voraurai gave the lecture.

  How to gain happy working life and healthy
On February 13,21 2013 HRD Section organized a training of how to gain happy working life and healthy pocket money

to employees in 25 year old. The objective is give knowledge and plan for financial which bring to sustainable. On this

occasion Ms.P.Saowanee and Mr.S.Wasu from Kasikorn Bank PCL., give a lecture.
