Thai Stanley Electric Public Company Limited is a manufacturer of light bulb for automobile. The company realizes that the company growth is due to all staffs’ cooperation and they are considered as a significant and valuable asset for the company. Hence, the company has specified guideline policy as following.

1. The company intends to comply with labor law as per the Thai law and relevant regulations of labor.
2. The company attempts to develop the quality of life of all staffs, including the environment and facilities at workplace as per appropriate with constant improvement.
3. The company shall review the sufficiency, appropriateness, and efficiency of the company’s policy, its regulations and result of its operation.
